Due to a series of internal miscommunications, we unfortunately overlooked a compatibility issue with our Counter-Strike 2 servers following the latest game update. This issue was only identified on match day and not beforehand.
We take full responsibility for the oversight and are actively improving our internal communication and operational procedures to prevent such situations in the future. Additionally, we are implementing a contingency system to ensure that matches can proceed even if unexpected issues arise.
